Pre-Solicitation Notice 82nd Airborne Division HQ G-4 Lifecycle Field Support Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)

Solicitation Number: To be determined. The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Bragg, NC intends to solicit for multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA)’s for supplies/services under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 562991, “Septic Tank and Related Services." This U.S. industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in (1) pumping (i.e., cleaning) septic tanks and cesspools and/or (2) renting and/ or servicing portable toilets. The small business size standard for this industry is $9M.

Description of Services: Provide portable latrines, portable showers, hand washing stations, holding tanks, dumpsters, and grey water removal in various locations in and around Fort Liberty, NC to support installation training events as requested by the requiring activity. BPAs will be evaluated annually and may remain in place for up to five years with a ceiling of $6.5M. When establishing these BPAs the Government will consider: Socio-economic status and price.

As prescribed in FAR 52.204-7, interested parties must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM), representations and certifications must also be on record. These registrations can be done through the System for Award Management (SAM) for free at http://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. SAM registration must be complete prior to entering into a BPA.
