Intent to Sole Source - ACTE 2024 Conference Booth Space

The product being procured is convention booth space at ACTE CareerTech VISION 2024. The U.S. Army Recruiting Command, U.S. Army Mission Support Battalion - National Conventions Division (NCD) requires one 30’ x 80’ booth space and one 20’ x 30’ booth space at the convention. This requirement CUI//SP-PROCURE//FED ONLY 3 CUI supports the U.S. Army Recruiting Command, U.S. Army Mission Support Battalion - National Conventions Division’s (NCD) public outreach and visibility efforts.

The Period of Performance is 4 - 6 December 2024. The required booth space will be provided at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, 900 E. Market Street, San Antonio, TX, 78205. The booth space must be provided by the beginning of the Period of Performance (4 December 2024). The convention has a mandatory source requirement. Other customers and/or Government agencies purchasing booth space at the convention include the U.S. Coast Guard.
