Intent to Sole Source – Ancillary Services for the Association of the United States Army 2024 Annual Meeting

This is an Intent to Sole Source. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, of quotations. The purpose of this notice is to provide information regarding this requirement. MICC-Fort Knox, 199 6th Avenue, Fort Knox, KY 40121, on behalf of the Department of the Army DCS G1, Army Talent Management Taskforce (ATMTF) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source award to Global Experience Specialists for the Association of the United States Army 2024 Annual Meeting.

This sole source award to Global Experience Specialists is in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by way of the procedures outline in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 13.5. This sole source is authorized under FAR subpart 13.106-1(b) – soliciting from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of this contract action deems only one source reasonably available. This is not a request for competitive offers, quotes, or capability statements. No solicitation will be posted as a result of this notice. This notice complies with FAR 5.101, Methods of disseminating information.
