Conference for Undergraduate Women in Physics (CUWiP)

The United States Military Academy at West Point - NY has a requirement for CUWiP as listed in the attached Solicitation# W911SD24R0052. The Federal Government now requires all vendors to complete (fill in) the Solicitation (SF1449) with all quoted offers. Quotes will not be accepted unless we receive a completed and signed / dated SF1449 to go with your own company quote (no exceptions). The requirement period of performance is from 19 January 2024 to 21 January 2024, please read the Specifications and Evaluation on solicitation document. The SF1449 must be completed as follows:

) Provide Unit Price, Overall Amount for Line Item 0001 Fill in Clause 52.204-26 (fill in applicable slots) Fill in Clause 52.212-3 (fill in applicable slots) RFQ is considered "completed".
