THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE – THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT’S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE-SOURCE AWARD TO AMERICAN CORRECTIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR AUDIT SERVICE. Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Leavenworth, KS intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price award for Avian Heart Beat Detector Warranty to GEOVOX SECURITY INC. COLIN FRAZIER 2911 ELLA LEE HOUSTON TX 77019-5907.
The United States Disciplinary Barracks and Joint Regional Correction Facility under the Army Corrections Brigade (ACB) require heart beat detector warranty service from GEOVOX SECURITY INC. The contractor shall provide warranty to provide maintenance and repairs for specific equipment. This procurement will be issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
The NAICS code utilized for this procurement is 561621-Security System with a Small Business Size Standard of $23.5 Million. The PSC code is J059, Mainteance and Repair Rebuild Eq Electronic and Electricial Equipment. These are commercial services with a dollar value under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged.
