U.S. Army Environmental Command (USAEC) Environmental Data Management System (EDMS)

Amendment 01: This solicitation has been amended to provide responses to RFP questions that were submitted.

See attached new/revised documents: RFP Amendment 01, PWS Revision 01 dated 10 Sept 2024, and Attachment 6-RFP Questions and Responses USAEC has a requirement for a secure and fully functional database portal with web functionality and the associated operation and maintenance of the database at multiple locations--Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), McChord, WA; Fort Hunter Liggett (FHL), CA; and Yakima Training Center (YTC), Yakima, WA which is a subsidiary of JBLM.

This EDMS database will enable USAEC to supply water testing results to stakeholders and decision makers with real-time data in a transparent and collaborative environment. See attached RFP letter, PWS, PWS Attachments A & B, and Attachments 1 - 5 for specific details. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in accordance with the instructions in the RFP letter.
