SOURCES SOUGHT NOTIFICATION The US Army Medical Command, Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West, Ft. Carson Health Contracting Cell, Fort Carson, CO. is issuing this sources sought synopsis on behalf of Evans Army Community Hospital. This sources sought is issued as a means of conducting market research to identify parties that have an interest in the resources to support this requirement for Blanket wrap services for dental chairs.

The following products/services are required: Delivery & installation of dental chairs Chairs shall be wrapped in protective blankets prior to shipment. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339114, Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME.

This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
