The Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA), located at 6501 East 11 Mile Road, Warren, MI 48397, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), sole source Single Award Multi-Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Edwards Design and Fabrication Incorporated (EDFI), located at 120 Commissioner Dr., Meridianville, AL 35759-2038.

3DZL6 UEI: LYDBYUGNATA1 ACC-DTA proposes to award an IDIQ contract for the procurement of components up to 8 sets of the expedient Port Improvement via Exigent Repair (PIER) kits, and up to 4 sets off-loading ramp kits to support the operational needs of the United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDO-PACOM) and United States European Command (USEUCOM) and up to 8 sets of the Squad Assembled Bridge for Expedient Routes (SBER) kits to support the Marine Corps.

This proposed IDIQ contract of up repair kits and components consists of commercial and non-commercial uniquely fabricated key components for the Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Ground Vehicle Systems Center (GVSC). This effort is a follow on to the Port Improvement via Exigent Repair (PIER) Joint Capability Technology Demonstration (JCTD), the Rapidly Available Interface for trans-Loading (RAIL) Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise (JDDE) RDT&E program.
