Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is seeking to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice/Market Research Survey will assist ACC-DTA in planning its acquisition strategy for potential future acquisition.
