Abrams Systems Technical Support (STS)

The Government intends to modify the existing CPFF contract to GDLS (CAGE code 7W356) to extend an additional five years. The additional time is for the procurement of 5.2M hours that will support the continuing need for engineering and logistic services to maintain the current level of expertise and efficiencies supporting the Abrams Tank Fleet throughout the acquisition life cycle.

For the proposed contract action, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, for consideration. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.
