(Cage Code: 45EE6) located at 300 Unicorn Park Drive FL 2, Woburn, MA 01801-3363 under the authority of FAR Part 6.103-1(b), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 325412, Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing; the business size standard is 1,300 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6505 – Drugs and Biological. This notice is NOT a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit the information listed below, which shall be considered by the agency before the intended award date.
