Jira Service Software Management

The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) requests a new Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) delivery order for the procurement of the brand name, Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Jira Service Management software subscription. Jira Service Management subscription will support the DeCA’s enterprise-wide IT operations, service delivery, hardware/software support functions, and cybersecurity requirements while optimizing operational costs. While enabling DeCA to focus on mission-critical functions.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is PANAPG-25-P-0000-030416 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) due by 1600 EST on 15 September 2025. Offerors are advised that this solicitation is limited to Atlassian and its authorized vendors and no additional sources will be considered unless determined otherwise by the Contracting Officer.
