Crane Support for Movement of Containers (Schofield Barracks, Hawaii)

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Solicitation will be issued on or about September 04, 2025. The Regional Contracting Office Hawaii (RCO-HI) has a requirement for is for Crane Support to assist with the movement of containers at Schofield Barracks on the Island of Oahu, State of Hawaii. Period of Performance is tentatively scheduled for September 24-25, 2025 (this date will be finalized on the solicitation and is subject to change).

This acquisition is set aside for 100% Small Business. The applicable NAICS Code is 238990 (All other Specialty Trade Contractors) with a size standard of $19,000,000.00.
