Chemical Latrines & Handwashing Stations for TradeWinds 25

NOTE: THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE, NOT A SOLICITATION. THEREFORE, INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE MAY SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The 410th Contracting Support Brigade/Regional Contracting Center – Americas, in support of US Army South, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Chemical Latrines and Handwashing Stations with services performed in and around the Port of Spain area in Trinidad and Tobago.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform chemical latrines and handwashing station services. The anticipated period of performance is from 21 Apr 2025 to 5 May 2025. The Contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment and services under the terms of this contract. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supplies or services.
