Personnel Recovery Services - USSOUTHCOM J33

Army Contracting Command – US Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) Headquarters located at 9301 NW 33rd Street, Doral Florida 33172 will be issuing on a competitive basis, a Firm Fixed Price contract for the purpose of supporting (USSOUTHCOM) J33 Personnel Recovery (PR) Branch. The Contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, and any necessary supplies or services required to support Commander USSOUTHCOM’s PR Program as required by the USSOUTHCOM PR Branch in its area of responsibility (AOR).

Contractor personnel shall provide subject matter expertise on all aspects of PR to include the application of current US doctrine, compliance with Presidential Policy Directive-30, USSOUTHCOM (SC) Regulation 0511, PR training and exercises, and response to isolating incidents to Security Cooperation Office (SCOs), Senior Defense Official (SDOs), Joint Task Force (JTFs), or Country Teams. The requirement is for a Base period of 12-months with four (4) 12-month Option Periods.

This is a synopsis for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 13.105. This announcement constitutes the synopsis, and the formal solicitation and Performance Work Statement will be issued at or around October 15, 2024.
