Base Operations USAG Stuttgart

The Contractor shall be responsible for providing base maintenance services across several locations within USAG Stuttgart area of responsibility, which includes four bases with Government housing areas, one military airfield, one golf course, and a supply facility/warehouse.

The basic service objectives include facilities repair and maintenance of all Government buildings and structures (on-demand and preventative maintenance) to include all equipment and components, grounds maintenance, snow and ice removal, roads maintenance, change of occupancy maintenance program (Government housing turnover), and minor construction projects. The Contractor shall also be responsible for providing a service center to receive all incoming service requests for the Directorate of Public Works.
