IMCOM-E Laundry and Dry-Cleaning Services

This is a non-personal services contract to provide laundry and dry-cleaning services and Troop Collection Point (TCP) operations in support of the US Army’s mission in Germany. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.

The Contractor shall operate seven (7) Government-owned Troop Collection Points (TCPs) on U.S. Army installations throughout Germany (Appendix 1). Operation shall include receiving, accounting for, processing, and transporting all items as identified in this contract between the TCPs and the Contractor’s laundering and dry-cleaning facilities for cleaning, distribution of laundered items and keeping records.
