Notice of Sole Source- Thrust AI

This is a notice of intent to sole source Thrust AI's WebFuel LIFT Basic Software Package. The Government intends to sole source this requirement to Thrust AI LLC, in accordance to FAR part 6.305. The Government intends to purchase Thrust AI's WebFuel LIFT Basic Software Package. Thrust AI's WebFuel package allows aircrew to digitally submit their fuel receipts to the Vance Wing Refueling Documentation Control Officer. Thrust AI is the only vendor that already has this web application that meets this need. This is for a one year license term.
