Enterprise Operations System and Support Services (EOSS) (47QDCB21F0005), FAR 52.217-8 Incorporation LSJ

The services under this Task Order: Provide GSA with IT operatiosn support for all system components of the EOSS (Enterprise Operations System Support) to ensure that the EOSS is available to perform the GSA business process required by OTS (Office of Telecommunications Services). Provide GSA with business process support to enable the continued support of OTS through the operations of the EOSS and provides GSA with improvements needed to increase operational efficiences.

Business process support includes source selection tools, analysis, and workflow that GSA needs to support the source selection process, and fair opportunity decisions to select qualified vendors to provide GSA services to federal agencies.
