August 15 - Pictures for doors atttached. August 12--Information for site visit--Please provide name of person from your company for site visit to me at your earliest. Please go to Boca Chica (map attached) with your IDs for prove of citizenship. It may take up to 2 hours to obtain base access. Then you need to go to Truman Annex, show your pass to guard, and go to Quarterdeck in building 289 for your badge. Security will call me to meet you at the lobby.
August 7--There will be site visit scheduled for 15 August 2025 at 13:00. Please provide your name by 12 August 2025 if you are interested to yasemin.akman-lloyd.civ@mail.mil. Answer to questions from vendor attached. August 6--Quotes are due date is 22 August 2025 2pm EST. Please submit your questions NLT 15 August 2025 by 2pm EST. Please see attached Statement of Work
