Amendment 0004 - House Food Service Operations

Amendment 0004 - 1/23/2025 Amendment 0004 has been posted to House.gov. The purpose of this amendment is to:

1) Add the definition of "millwork" to Section C.1.4 of the RFP 2) Change the requirements of cash payments in Section C.8.2 of the RFP 3) Responses to J.15 RFI Template 4) Added Attachment J.19 to include a sample of Audio Visual pricing 5) All other terms and conditions remain the same.

Amendment 0003 - 1/7/2025 Amendment 0003 has been posted to House.gov. The purpose of this amendment is to:

1.) Sign-up form for an additional Site Walk opportunity 2.) Due date extending for any outstanding questions 3.) All other terms and conditions remain the same.

Amendment 0002 - 12/18/2024 Amendment 0002 has been posted to House.gov. The purpose of this amendment is to:

1.) Responses to J.15 RFI Question Template 2.) Revised Attachments J.1-J.14 to include sales history and additional equipment for &Pizza (J.2 and J.11) 3.) Added Attachment J.17 to provide example menus for the MDR 4.) Added Attachment J.18 to provide sample pictures of the banquet rooms 5.) Sign-up form for an additional Site Walk opportunity for vendors that were unable to attend the initial site walks hosted in the November 6.) Provide an opportunity for second round of questions Amendment 0001 - 11/14/2024 Amendment 0001 has been posted to House.gov. The purpose of this amendment is to:

1.) Update L.5 to offer additional dates and times for the Site Walk 2.) All other terms and conditions remain the same. Notice to all Food Industry Companies: The House of Representatives is looking for a variety of vendors including but not limited to local, regional, and national restaurants, caterers, and vending service providers to meet the food service needs of the House.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) and supporting documents are located on Doing Business with the House, which outline the food service opportunities available. You can bid on one, some, or all locations, depending on your interest and capabilities. A pre-proposal conference will held on November 13th. This will be a great chance to learn more about our expectations and ask any questions. Additionally, site walk(s) will be held on November 19th, allowing vendors to tour our campus and food service facilities.

Proposals are due no later than Friday, January 31, 2025, at 2:00PM EST, unless changed by an Amendment to the solicitation. Offerors should complete all applicable fields that are on page 1 of the RFP document and submit all other required information as outlined in the RFP.
