Table Mountain HVAC Services

**Amendment 3: THE SITE VISIT HAS BEEN MOVED TO MON 24AUG & TUES 25AUG and the RFQ DUE DATE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO FRI 28AUG. Please see below for MANDATORY SITE VISIT information on WED 19AUG. Additionally the RFQ due date has been extended to THURS 27AUG.

Amendment 2: The revised RFQ and SOW have been attached along with responses to questions and a pricing template.

SITE VISIT: Participation in the site visit is mandatory for all Offerors. The site visit is scheduled for Wed 19AUG from 8:00AM – 2:00 PM MST at the NTIA Table Mountain Field Site: 8600 N 39th Street Longmont, CO 80503. Attendance is required to ensure a clear understanding of the project requirements and site conditions before submitting a quotation. Failure to attend will result in disqualification from the bidding process.

Please send an email confirming attendance and the POC information to BGabriel@doc.gov, JBrown4@doc.gov, and RFreeman@ntia.gov. ITS, as custodians of the Table Mountain Field Site and Radio Quiet Zone, requires quarterly HVAC Service to Table Mountain as part of the regular Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities.
