NOI to Sole Source Leadership Assessments

National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award a (1) one year base with a two (2) year option period, firm fixed price purchase order in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1), only one source reasonably available to, The Myers-Briggs Company, 185 N Wolfe RD Sunnyvale, CA 94086-5212, to procure a web-based assessment platform for personnel to complete assessments; where coaches are able to conducts assessment (access, view, download personnel and coach reports).

The assessment platform will be used in a wide variety of coaching and development situations and work settings, focusing on the impact of emotional intelligence/EQ-i2. Personnel will access and input data into the tool via the web-based platform. NGA has determined that The Myers-Briggs Company is the only vendor capable of providing the required assessment platforms and meets the requirements of providing EQ-I 2.0 assessments.

This is a special notice prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions and is not a request for competitive proposals. A solicitation will not be posted.

However, any firm that believes it can meet the task identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) may give written notification to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist no later than 4:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) on 06 May 2024. Supporting evidence must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement.

Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
