Notice of Intent to Single Source - ATC Fatigue Studies Support

In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS), Section 3.2.2.4, Single Source, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis for the FAA's decision to enter into a contract on a single source basis with Guidehouse Inc. for Air Traffic Controller (ATC) fatigue studies support. This period of performance of this action is twelve months (09/30/2026 - 09/29/2027). 

This single source procurement action is necessary to support critical on-going work within the FAA Air Traffic Organization (ATO) Human Performance (HP) initiatives related to the implementation of findings and recommendations from an April 2024 independent expert panel report on ATC fatigue. Guidehouse, Inc. is uniquely positioned to perform the required follow-on services.
