The requirement is for services related to the installation and configuration of network switches for the Natcher Building 45, remove faulty Cisco AV switches and install new Netgear's AV switches that are designed for audio, video, and control signal transmission over an IP network.

Additional Supporting Facts: The current system installed in building 45, Natcher Events Management Conference rooms have failed and cannot be repaired. This has caused all the conference rooms in Natcher Conference Center to be degraded, or completely off-line. K2 is the original vendor that designed, installed, programmed, and commissioned the current AV network in building 45, Natcher Conference Center. K2 has the original drawing and programing for the system that gives them institutional knowledge that makes them the best fit to repair the system.
