ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SERVICES

The National Institutes of Health, Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, with Apollonia Business Solutions, located at 3033 Wilson Blvd, Suite 700, Arlington, Virginia 22201. The National Institutes of Health, The Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) is seeking to secure the services of up to two contractors to offer temporary administrative support services for The Division of Diversity & Inclusion and The Division of Data Analytics and Customer Outreach.

The individuals must have advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft Outlook, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, understanding of NIH systems, and experience with scheduling/assisting equivalent senior level personnel. The contractors will independently provide support services to satisfy the overall operational objectives of the Office of the Director/ NIH Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI).

The primary objective is to provide services and deliverables through performance of support services. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source who can meet the same requirements listed above may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than September 27, 2024 10am, EST. Capability statement must demonstrate and describe how the vendor meets all the requirements listed in this notice. No telephone responses will be accepted. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
