The US Department of Housing and Urban Development is issuing this notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest and the resources to support our requirement for Technology Transformation Next Generation (H2TNG). Additional information about the requirement is available in the Appendix accompanying this notice. Results of this market research will contribute to determining the method of acquisition.

The contractor(s) must deliver comprehensive IT Support Services and Technology Transformation Next Generation (ITSS and 2TNG) solutions across HUD Headquarters (HQ), regional and field offices, data centers, and other designated locations. Support shall span the functional areas of the Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO), including but not limited to:
