NATO Business Opportunity: Publicly Available Information (PAI) Processing Capabilities

The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) is seeking industry participation in an online event on 17 June 2024, 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm Central European Time (CET). The U. S. Department of Commerce is nominating U.S. companies for participation in this on-line event.

The deadline for nominations is 4:00 pm CET, 07 June 2024. The NCI Agency seeks to understand industry capabilities and views and engage early in the Procurement Lifecycle to inform the formulation of upcoming procurements for Publicly Available Information (PAI) processing capabilities in support of multiple communities of interest: Information Environment Assessment (IEA), Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), and others.

This engagement focuses on established providers of PAI data and analytics online services, covering monitoring, screening, data-scraping, analyzing, etc. of traditional and social media and other digital platforms. The NCI Agency wants to put in place a scalable framework putting forward the best industry solutions, while managing change in data sources and analysis technologies. The on-line event will encourage and elicit industry views on the scope and breakdown of the contracts it envisages.

The NCI Agency will solicit industry views and questions prior the event in the form of a questionnaire, which will be shared with all companies registered for the on-line event by the closing date (4:00 pm CET, 7 June 2024). The responses to the questionnaire will be treated by NCI Agency in confidence and will help shape the context and content of the on-line event.
