The required work consists of the following but not limited to:

Continuous monitoring (24/7) of the Fire & Security alarm system Notify Fire or Police immediately of an alarm alert notification Notify Cemetery Director and Foremen within 15 mins of an alarm alert notification Conduct annual system testing, cleaning and inspection of panels, detectors, stations, and alarms Provide monthly monitoring reports and annual inspection/test reports Equipment & System: The government owned Fire & Security system consists of two (2) systems: Honeywell fire control panel located in the administrative building: the system consists of ten (10) Strobe / Audible Alarms, seven (7) - Smoke Detectors, three (3) - Pull Stations, and one (1) keypads.

GE/EST iO500 fire alarm panel located in the maintenance building: the system consists of eleven (11) - Smoke Detectors, eight (8) Strobe / Audible Alarms, three (3) - Pull Stations, and one (1) keypads.

Note: The monitoring system used by the contractor will need to be compatible with the existing equipment.
