SUBJECT: DLA Defense Supply Center Columbus Barbershop Services – Solicitation # NAFUA1-25-R-0004 Greetings Prospective Contractors, Thank you for your interest in receiving the solicitation packet for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC) Barbershop concession services at DLA DSCC, Columbus, OH. Enclosed is the Request for Proposal (RFP).

All questions and discussions during the site visit should be limited. Any questions asked during the site visit and any questions related to the solicitation shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer (KO) in writing.

Please note Section L.19 for Proposal Preparation Instructions and Section L.4 for where and when to submit your proposal. The proposal due date is scheduled for September 19th, 2025 at 4 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time. Any information received and not included in an amendment will not be considered as part of the solicitation and subsequent contract.
