Title: NAF Outdoor Recreation/Equipment Rental Center, Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan.

Description: This project is to provide an adequately sized and configured Outdoor Recreation/Equipment Rental Center is required to support the operational functions of the Outdoor Recreational Center, Equipment Rental, and Information Office. The facility will provide classrooms, retail/rental area, office spaces, equipment storage and maintenance, and multi-purpose space.

Solicitation and all attachments shall be downloaded from Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module https://piee.eb.mil/. 08 April 2026 - The Pre Bid Conference Attendance Sheet, Pre Bid Conference Slides, and Site Visit Attendance Sheet are attached. 01 June 2026 - The Government has posted responses to bidder inquiries on the PIEE Solicitation Module https://piee.eb.mil/. 18 June 2026 - The Government anticipates extending the bid due date.

The extension will be effected via an amendment to the solicitation, and the new deadline will be 3-4 weeks after all RFI responses have been posted. Offerors should continue to monitor SAM/PIEE for the official notification. 25 June 2026 - The Government has posted responses to bidder inquiries on the PIEE Solicitation Module https://piee.eb.mil/. 26 June 2026 - Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to make changes resulting from the Requests for Information.

30 June 2026 - Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to make changes resulting from the Requests for Information and extend the bid due date. 24 July 2026 - The Bid Abstract is attached.
