Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract for Hazardous Material and Waste Management Environmental Compliance and Engineering Services

Architect Engineer, environmental, technical, and engineering services at various locations under the cognizance of the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southeast.

The services will primarily include, but are not limited to, the following professional services: Material and Waste Management - This contract will facilitate various forms of support for the following environmental programs: Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA); Hazardous Waste (HW); Solid Waste (SW); Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA); Pollution Prevention (P2); Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs); Hazardous Material (HM); Small Arms Ranges; Operational Range Program; Used Oil; Environmental Management System (EMS), and miscellaneous environmental programs.

Contractual assistance will include preparation of studies, permits, plans, designs, specifications, reports, cost estimates and performance of all associated engineering services.

All services and documentation will conform to the following, as applicable: DOD, Navy, and Marine Corps instructions and policy; Federal, State, and Local regulations, guidelines, and policy; and the Overseas Environmental Baseline Guidance Document (OEBGD) and Final Governing Standards (FGSs); within the NAVFAC Southeast Geographic Area of Responsibility.
