The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure an Electronic Security System and Installation on an other than full and open basis. Equipment and components sole sourced to various manufactures specified in Statement of Work and drawings listed and attached in section J of the solicitation, open to competition among their authorized distributors and installers.

Installation services to be performed at China Lake, CA This is an URGENT requirement and capacity and price will be evaluated. Complete details of all requirements and specifics are within the solicitation attached in section J. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.

The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893624Q0185 and shall be submitted by email to Beth Exzabe at Beth.a.exzabe.civ@us.navy.mi l The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) for N6893624Q0185 will be posted on the Contract Opportunities on the SAM website at https://sam.gov/ on or about 7/23/2024.

Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Unique Entity ID number before the registration will be activated.

It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an 'Active' status as the government cannot award to an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration.
