The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: 1) 177004-0001 magazin 1X2 payload, NSN: 5865-01-411-5278 (Qty. 20EA) This requirement is sole sourced to the OEM BAE Systems, Inc. 825 E Howard Lane, Austin, TX 78753, as the only vendor able to produce this requirement. Per the manufacture BAE Systems, Inc. this requirement must come directly from BAE Systems, Inc. The manufacturer is the sole distributor for this products.

The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893624Q0148 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
