BIRDIE Decoys and Testing

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis this requirement. This requirement is sole sourced to American Rheinmetall Munitions, Inc. 125 Woodstream Blvd., Suite #105, Stafford, VA 22556, due to their proprietary formula. NAWCWD is procuring: BIRIDE Decoys Qty.120 and testing.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firms believing they can provide the products fulfilling the requirements, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Off ice no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm’s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, or reliability of the product without causing programmatic hardship.
