This requirement is sole sourced to Northrop Grumman Corporation, 9160 N Hwy 83, Corinne, UT 84307 as the only vendor able to produce this requirement due to Northrop Grumman Corporation is the only qualified maker.

Changing manufactures will require a new multi-year qualfication program. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893624Q0037 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
