The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) Point Mugu, Pacific Target and Marine Operations Division, as part of the Threat/Target Systems Department, has the requirement to maintain, operate, and provide depot support for aerial and seaborne assets. This includes air and sea vehicles as well as vessels used for manned and unmanned training and test events. Aerial assets include subsonic and supersonic aerial targets. Seaborne assets include a combination of target and training support vessels.

The contractor performs operational and intermediate level maintenance for both aerial and seaborne assets. This contract contains Cost-Plus Fixed-Fee for labor and Cost Line Items for Other Direct Cost and Travel DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this synopsis is to notify the industry that an award has been made.

PROCUREMENT TYPE: The Government awarded a Cost Plus Fixed-Fee (CPFF) and Cost type contract for a base period of 6 months, four one-year option periods, and another option period of 6 months (all periods totaling 5 years). The solicitation was competed via a small business set aside. The award was made to:

(SA-Tech)* 1000 Town Center Drive, Suite 110 Oxnard, California 93036-2647 *Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Export Controlled Information. Access to CUI is limited, to a single point of contact (POC) per CAGE code, who is listed as the Data Custodian on the DD 2345 and approved by Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
