Sources Sought Synopsis Domain Logistics Support Services Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal (NAVSCOLEOD), Niceville, FL This is a sources sought notice for Market Research purposes ONLY. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this technical description is strictly voluntary. This information will be used to determine the availability of contractors capable of meeting the Government’s minimum requirements. Telephone calls will not be accepted. Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is seeking sources to determine if there are potentially qualified U.S Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a), Service Disable Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), HUBZone Small Business, Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) and/or Small Business (SB) that are capable of providing administrative, logistical and training support services at the Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal (NSEOD), Eglin Air Force Base (AFB), FL, Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center (NDSTC), Naval Support Activity (NSA) Panama City, FL, and CEODD Detachment Great Lakes (CEODD DET GL), IL as described in the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) provided as an attachment.

The potential North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) Code is NAICS 541614 Process, Physical Distribution, and Logistics Consulting Services The anticipated contract type is a firm fixed priced Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.

Submission Requirements: Interested sources are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement by submitting the following:

1) Contractor Information: Provide your company name, address, POC name, phone number, email, CAGE code, UEI number and NAICS.

2) Size of business - Large Business or Small Business. If small please provide the socioeconomic status.

3) A brief description of the capability, resources, technical competencies and organizational experience relative to the key task areas. Standard brochures and/or paraphrasing of the Draft PWS will not be considered sufficient to demonstrate the capabilities of an interested party.
