The Naval Supply (NAVSUP) Systems Command, Fleet Logistic Center Jacksonville (FLCJ), FL intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Fincantieri Marine Systems for Intercooler Dual Section, part number 00H23400C.
