This action covers the pre-season FAA acrobatics certification and training for FY25 airshows. The war-birds operated by the Navy Legacy Flight Foundation are unique, historical aircraft that are not available from other sources. These vintage planes are the only operational examples of their kind and are maintained to original specifications.

No other organization or contractor can provide the same aircraft in flyable condition for the events described above.
