KABA Locks

Any information submitted by respondents to this technical description is strictly voluntary. This information will be used to determine the availability of contractors capable of meeting the Government’s minimum requirements. Telephone calls will not be accepted. Any questions regarding this notice shall be submitted in writing.

Product Service Code (PSC): 5340 – Hardware, Commercial North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 332510 – Hardware Manufacturing Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is seeking small business sources to determine the availability of vendors that are capable of providing KABA Locks. This requirement is for NAS Pensacola Buildings 3907 and 3908. Unaccompanied housing locking systems must be standalone and not connected to any information network. No other brands may be procured. A firm fixed price (FFP) contract is anticipated delivery no later than 30 days after receipt of order.

Submission Requirements: Interested sources are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement by submitting the following:

1. Contractor Information. Please provide the following:

a. Company Name b. Company Address c. Point of Contract name, phone number, and email d. CAGE Code and UE ID number 2. NAICS Codes and Size of business associated - Small Business. e. Please provide the socioeconomic status (veteran-owned, woman-owned, etc.) 3. If the services can be solicited from a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contract vehicle or Open market. 4. A brief description of the capability and resources to meet the minimum specifications of the required KABA Locks.

Standard brochures and/or paraphrasing of the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW) will not be considered sufficient to demonstrate the capabilities of an interested party. f. Submissions shall not exceed five (5) single sided pages in length. If a solicitation is released, it is the responsibility of the potential offeror to monitor for additional information pertaining to this requirement.

Confidentiality: No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response. The Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s).
