This information will be used to determine the availability of contractors capable of meeting the Government’s minimum requirements. Telephone calls will not be accepted. Product Service Code (PSC): 6150 – Misc Electric Power and Distribution Equipment North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 335999 - All Other electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is seeking small business sources to determine the availability of vendors that are capable of providing two Uninterrupted Power Supply’s capable of supplying continuous power to the Radio Receiver and Radio Transmitter sites located at NAS Pensacola, FL. as described in the DRAFT Description of Requirements (DOR) provided as an attachment. A firm fixed price (FFP) contract is anticipated delivery no later than 30 days after receipt of order.

Submission Requirements: Interested sources are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement by submitting the following:

Contractor Information. Please provide the following:

Company name Company address Point of Contact name, phone number, and email CAGE code and UE ID number NAICS Codes and Size of business associated - Small Business. Please provide the socioeconomic status (veteran-owned, woman-owned, etc.) If the services can be solicited from a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contract vehicle or Open market. A brief description of the capability and resources to meet the minimum specifications of the required UPS.

Standard brochures and/or paraphrasing of the Draft DOR will not be considered sufficient to demonstrate the capabilities of an interested party.

The subject line of the e-mail shall read: Uninterrupted Power Supply, NAS Pensacola, FL. Submissions shall not exceed five (5) single sided pages in length. If a solicitation is released, it is the responsibility of the potential offeror to monitor for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
