Roman Catholic Priest Services

The Naval Supply (NAVSUP) Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ), FL intends to issue a sole source contract utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the procurement of a Roman Catholic Priest for Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola, FL., to Father Peter A. McLaughlin. This is not a request for competitive quotes, however all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements should contact Rhonda Davis at the email below. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or an invitation to bid.

Period of Performance:

Base Period: 1 October 2024 through 30 September 2025 Option Period 1: 1 October 2025 through 30 September 2026 Option Period 2: 1 October 2026 through 30 September 2027 Interested parties may identify their interest and submit product information in response to this notice by 8 July 2024 10:00 a.m. EST, via email to Rhonda.r.davis4.civ@us.navy.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government.

Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement and will be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer. If no written responses are received by 10:00 a.m. EST 8 July 2024, the contract will be solicited without further notice.

It is anticipated that any resulting solicitation will be for a sole-source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with a Product Service Code (PSC) G002 and a NAICS of 813110 with a size standard of $13M. This notice of intent is for informational purposes only. All sources eligible to provide this requirement must respond in writing. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly articulate the ability to provide this requirement as outlined above.

A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response. If no response are received after publication of this notice, to the effect that comparable services are available, and that it is more advantageous to the Government that obtaining this service through a sole-source contract, then a sole-source acquisition will be made.
