LogiQuest Simultaneous User Licenses and Maintenance for The Commander, Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) Headquarters (HQ)

Solicitation N68520-25-SIMACQ-F600000-0008 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared In Accordance With (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6 "Streamlines Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as supplemented with additional information inclded in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being request and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Government intends to purchase on a brand name, firm-fixed price, LPTA basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase with a base and four option years under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. The Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) Digital Group and Naval Air Technical Data and Engineering (NATEC) Head Quarter's (HQ) Joint Engineering Data Management Information Control System (JEDMICS) program requires three (3) LogiQuest Simultaneous User Licenses and maintenance support.

Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. Expenses incurred in the preparation of quotes in response to this combined synopsis/solicitation are the vendor's sole responsibility and not reimbursable by the Government. A quotation does not constitute an award; therefore, an obligation to your company is not official until your receive a purchase order.
