V-22 PropRotor Gearbox (PRGB) Input Quill Assemblies (IQA) Automated Test System

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Commander, Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) Procurement Group (PG), in support of the Fleet Readiness Center East (FRC East or FRCE) ? Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, North Carolina, intends to procure one (1) test stand capable of testing both left-hand and right-hand V-22 PropRotor Gearbox (PRGB) Input Quill Assemblies (IQA) for the V-22 aircraft.

This includes all mechanical, electrical, software, and control systems as well as ancillary subsystems required to test either PropRotor Gearbox Input Quills. This will be a turnkey delivery including all parts and labor required for machine functionality including installation, commissioning, performance testing, and calibration to enable the government to produce aircraft components upon Government acceptance. This test stand will be located in Building 4497, FRCE, MCAS Cherry Point, NC.
