20K Forklift Lease, in Bremerton, WA

The Government intends to lease on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on the lowest price basis to the responsible offeror capable of performing the requirements under the authority of FAR Part 12, and FAR Part 13. This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.

This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm. SEE ATTACHED RFQ Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This is a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes received by 4:00 PM EST, January 03, 2023 will be considered by the Government. See RFQ for period of performance.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. All interested vendor MUST submit quotes. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
