Site Visit Update: A site visit will be held on July 10, 2024 from 9am-11am atMarine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, NC. In order to attend interested vendors must submit on official company letterhead the following information listed below to Julien Miles,julien.a.miles.civ@us.navy.mil, and cc Karen Harris, karen.m.harris36.civ@us.navy.mil and Antoinette Johnson, antoinette.m.johnson3.civ@us.navy.mil by July 3, 2024, at 12 noon EST. If this information is not received by this time the vendor will not be able to attend the site visit. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own PPE (Safety glass, hearing protection and safety shoes).

Note: Letter Must be Signed by official representatives of the company Commander Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC), Patuxent River, MD, intends to solicit a competitive commercial award for a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract as a Small Business Set Aside, to one Prime contractor in support of Fleet Readiness Centers (FRC) East.

This requirement is to procure the upgrade of the Cooling Turbine Test Stand located at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, NC to include the removal of the existing system, design, acquisition, installation, integration, and testing necessary to successfully complete the delivery of an upgraded test stand. In support of the acquisition, the Government will provide the Contractor Government Furnished Information (GFI) to include drawings the Contractor shall use.

The place of performance will be at Cherry Point NC 28533. This solicitation notice is a follow-up from synopsis, N6852024R0026, was issued via Sam.gov on 23 February 2024 pursuant to DFARS PGI 206.302-1. Quotes will be due July 22, 2024. The Government will provide the opportunity for industry to submit questions, feedback or comments related to solicitation up to 15 days after RFQ formal release. The Government will provide answers back to Industry NLT 30 days after RFQ release.
