Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW), Naval Air Station (NAS) North Island (NASNI) has a requirement to procure one (1) customized unit of weighted smart bins with full stand-alone system configuration. The Contractor shall provide brand-name materials from Manufacturer DigitalBins.com LLC; and Unpack, Set-up, and install in accordance with Section C of attached Request for Quotes (RFQ), file "_13 FEB 2024 N6852024Q0011.pdf".

The brand-name justification required by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 for this procurement is also provided as an attachment. Solicitation/Request for Quotes (RFQ) Information All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Carolyn Powell at carolyn.a.powell.civ@us.navy.mil no later than date and time identified in Box 8 of the RFQ attached to this notice. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a competitive basis for this requirement under FAR Parts 12 and 13. Offeror’s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. This competitive procurement includes brand-name items in the SOW.

Basis for Award

Solicitation closing date/time is firm; proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Your quote will only be evaluated based on the information provided. The award will be made on the basis of lowest evaluated price of proposals capable of meeting the requirements in the Statement of Work to a qualified vendor with an acceptable Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) rating.

This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the initial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price. A determination by the Government not to accept the proposal for not meeting the minimum requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract. This can be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm. The Government will not pay for any information received.
