Notice of Intent to Sole Source for HP 3D Printer Maintenance

The Commander Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) hereby gives notice fo their intent to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to TPM of Charlotte, LLC., 900 Pressley Road, Charlotte, NC, on a sole source basis. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 8.405(a) (C), only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) HP Multi-Jet Fusion 3D Printer Maintenance COMFRC requires maintenance and repairs to the two (2) existing HP Multi-Jet Fusion 4200 3D Printers located at Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) Jacksonnville, FL. HP is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), and retains all the proprietary/techncal data rights required in order to supply the required and necessary components and technician to perform the services.

HP has authorized resellers trained on their 3DP proprietary training, parts and supplies, and are designated by territory. TPM is the only authorized 3DP service provider for the state of Florida.
