TF34 Engine Main Fuel Control Overhaul

The Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE), located in Jacksonville, FL, is an industrial facility that reworks, repairs, and overhauls various aircraft, engines, and components. The FRCSE does not have the capacity or capability to meet fleet demand requests of Main Fuel Control (MFC) overhauls. The FRCSE therefore requires assistance with the overhaul of these TF34-100A engine components.This is a non-personal services contract.

The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the Contractor and its personnel. The Contractor shall furnish principal tools, equipment, and facilities. All repair, maintenance, and overhauls shall be conducted at the Contractor’s facility.The Contractor shall perform maintenance, repair, overhauls to include cleanings, inspections, and testing on items/components listed in section 3.2 In Accordance with (IAW) the latest applicable documents.

All material utilized to perform overhauls shall be traceable to the source of origin. The Contractor shall comply with all specifications provided in the PWS. No exception or variations will be permitted without prior approval of the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) and written authorization from the Contracting Officer (KO). The Contractor shall modify all fuel controls with part number 6040T09P01/P01A/P02/P02A received for overhaul to part number 6040T09P02 B performance specifications.

If the fuel control data tag is not identified with part number 6040T09P02 B, upon conclusion of overhaul and compliance with requirements of this PWS, the Contractor shall re-identify the data tag with part number 6040T09P02 B. The contractor shall verify fuel controls have a 3082-644-1 part number data tag installed. If a 3082-644 part number data tag is installed, replace with a 3082-644-1 data tag.
